One of our favorite ways to drastically improve the curb appeal of a home is brand new windows and siding. The existing vinyl siding had become worn and faded so the client selected to replace it with cedar clapboard siding which was painted BM Newburyport Blue. As always we opted for Henry Blueskin premium house wrap for proper moisture management to avoid any future damage to the home. We also replaced all of the windows in their home which were older, a bit drafty and inefficient with new windows from the Marvin Elevate Collection. The client opted for WindsorOne’s Greek Revival interior window trim package for a more decorative option. Finally, we converted their screened in porch to a three season room which involved new framing, vaulting the ceiling and finished with shiplap and exposed rough sawn beams.

We were pleased to help with a few interior improvements at this home as well; we built a custom dining bench to sit under their newly added feature window in the kitchen and added built-in cabinets on either side of the fireplace in their living room.
